Meet your coach

Ben De Bolfo

Our Strength & Conditioning Coach brings together 10+ years of strength and conditioning experience, high-level sporting experience and a strong academic background in exercise science and physiotherapy.

With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, ASCA Level 1 accreditation, and currently studying a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, he takes a comprehensive approach to athlete development: combining performance, movement quality and long-term physical development.

His experience extends across five years of VFL football, including serving as Captain of Collingwood VFL, giving him first-hand insight into the demands of high-performance sport and what it takes to prepare athletes physically and mentally for competition.

What athletes work on

Ben specialises in youth athletic development, working with athletes to build strong foundations and progressively develop their strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning and movement capabilities.

Every athlete is different, which is why programming is tailored to their individual age, training experience, sport and goals. Whether they are developing their foundations or looking to take their performance to the next level, our athletes receive structured programming designed to help them move better, perform better and reach their potential.
